The aim is simple. To make the photography feel like part of the day, not something that takes it over. For most of the day, I work in a documentary style. I’m watching, anticipating, and capturing moments as they unfold. That includes everything from the obvious moments to the quieter ones that often mean more over time.
When it comes to portraits, I’ll guide you just enough so you’re not left wondering what to do. Nothing complicated, nothing forced. Usually a short window is all we need, so you can get back to your guests. If you were to tell me you feel awkward in photos, you're in good company. Most people do. It settles quickly.
Good wedding photography isn’t just about how the images look. It’s about how they feel when you come back to them years later. I bring backup equipment, plan for the unexpected, and work in a way that keeps things running smoothly without adding pressure to the day.
